Job summary

Palantir seeks a Subcontracts Manager to join our U.S. Government contracts and legal team.

You will draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts, teaming agreements, data sharing, and license agreements, while supporting pre-award and post-award activities and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR/EAR. Collaborate with attorneys, finance, information security, and technical teams to align terms with risk and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in a Government contracts/subcontracts role.
• Eligibility to access ITAR, EAR, OFAC, and CUI materials.
• Extensive FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Experience negotiating teaming agreements and prime contracts/subcontracts.
• Experience at a U.S. Government contractor or tech company doing significant work with the U.S. Government.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts and teaming agreements.
• Support pre-award and post-award efforts, RFP process, and compliance.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, information security, and technical teams.
• Contribute to subcontracting process templates and playbooks.
• Negotiate terms for access to U.S. Government‑furnished CUI and portals.
