Qualifications

• Two years of experience in purchasing and procurement of goods and services.
• Three (3) years of government purchasing experience in Texas.
• Experience drafting RFx documents for government procurements.

Responsibilities

• Interviews agency staff to elicit information for scope of work and procurement planning.
• Develops specifications and work plans, and measures performance for procurements.
• Collaborates with senior staff to resolve vendor issues and manage solicitations.
