Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Proposal Coordinator with strong DTP skills to produce compliant, high-quality government submissions. You will manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensure 508 compliance, and create visual discriminators and templates in line with SF-330 and related formats.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in federal proposals, expert MS Office, and a TS clearance, with a track record across civilian and defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of government proposal coordination and production.
• Proven track record supporting federal proposals (civilian and/or defense).
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong understanding of FAR Part 15 and government procurement processes.
• Experience with compliance matrices and Section L/M requirements.
• Knowledge of 508 accessibility standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with frequent evening/weekend work during proposal cycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate government proposal development from RFP release through submission.
• Manage proposal schedules, color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), and compliance matrices.
• Facilitate collaboration among capture managers, technical writers, subject matter experts, pricing teams, and executive leadership.
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews against FAR/DFARS requirements and solicitation instructions.
• Maintain proposal libraries, past performance examples, SF-330s, and corporate resumes.
• Ensure adherence to page limits, font requirements, and government submission guidelines.
• Track proposal status, win/loss data, and lessons learned.
