Job summary

Kwaan Tech, LLC is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support a federal government client. The role focuses on contract performance, reporting, and coordinating with government stakeholders to meet tight deadlines. This exempt position is contingent on award.

The incumbent will lead scheduling, staffing, and analysis efforts while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract performance and execution, including scheduling and personnel allocation
• Provide accurate and timely reporting
• Resolve performance issues related to contract/task orders
• Attend meetings and conferences as needed
• Maintain ongoing contact with government stakeholders (SSM, COR, CO)

Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, LLC, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Program Manager to join our team in support of a federal government client. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. This position is contingent upon the award. Incumbents are encouraged to apply!

The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position is: $169,800.00 - $188,400.00

The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401K with company match. Core Duties:

• Responsible for overall contract performance and execution, including scheduling, control of services, and ensuring qualified personnel are assigned to tasks
• Provide all required reporting information accurately and promptly
• Resolve issues related to contract/task order performance
• Attend meetings and conferences as necessary
• Establish and maintain close, continuous, and responsive contact with government stakeholders (SSM, COR, CO)
• Ensure compliance with all mandatory, statutory, and regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain management/staffing plans, participate in kickoff and status meetings, and prepare monthly progress/status reports as required
• Oversee and coordinate continuous process improvement initiatives for ship maintenance business processes
• Lead the development and integration of corporate metrics and analytics for ship maintenance programs
• Manage overall program operations, administration, and deliverable tracking
• Direct business process mapping and requirements development for digital transformation and IT system integration
