Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation (via its Kwaan Tech subsidiary) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead program performance, coordinate with leadership, and ensure contractual service delivery aligns with goals and compliance.

The role requires eight or more years in government contracting, experience managing teams of 50+ personnel, top-secret or secret clearance, and strong skills in stakeholder relations, communications, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years of government contracting experience in Program Management.
• Solid understanding of federal government professional and technical services contracting.

Job Description

Cape Fox subsidiary Kwaan Tech is seeking a qualified Program Manager. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program performance and business growth objectives and identify challenges that may lie ahead. The Program Manager will provide senior operational program support for contract program operations and will directly supervise and manage program performance to ensure service delivery meets contractual requirements and are conducted within the guidelines and directives.

The Program Manager will coordinate and strategize the company new business pipeline and business proposal activities for new business opportunities. The Program Manager must be knowledgeable of program management and business development. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provides program management support for the execution of service delivery, staffing, quality control, and contract management
• Develops and fosters key customer relationships for existing contracts and targeted opportunities.

The Program Manager will possess the followingspecial characteristicsor achievements:

• Track record of innovative strategic and operating accomplishments.
• An extremely organized, disciplined, and hands-on leader who is not afraid of digging into details when necessary.

• Knowledgeable of how decisions impact all aspects of the business. Approaches his/her work as an interconnected system. Ability to understand major objectives and break them down into meaningful action steps. Good judgment in knowing when and how to take action.

This position offers an annual salary in the range of$170,000 to $180,000, commensurate with candidate's relevant experience, education, and skills.*
