Job summary

Apex Systems, LLC in Marlborough, MA is hiring a Procurement Specialist to execute IOTs, POs, and Subcontracts for materials, software, and services while ensuring compliance with FAR, DFAR, and AMS guidelines.

You will work with Program Management, Quality, Finance, and Legal to optimize supplier performance, conduct price analyses, and negotiate terms. Experience with SAP and import/export regulations is preferred. The role requires a Master's degree and strong analytical ability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities required.
• Experience with government procurement regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage complex IOTs, POs, and Subcontracts for materials, software, and services.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFAR, AMS, and client requirements throughout all program phases.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Quality, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers focusing on quality, reliability, and cost.
• Lead bid/proposal activities, PIAs/NDAs, and Teaming Agreements.
• Perform price analyses and supplier assessments to identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations on price, schedule, and terms/conditions.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs to drive improvements.
• Support invoice processing and issue resolution related to POs/Subcontracts.
• Experience with SAP and international import/export regulations is preferred.
