Job summary

Paladin Consulting is seeking a procurement professional in Marlborough, MA for a long-term contract with option to hire. The role focuses on managing IOTs and POs for materials, software, and services tied to domestic government contracts, including DoD/FAA engagements.

You will ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, collaborate with cross-functional IPTs, identify suppliers, issue RFQs/RFPs, and monitor supplier performance to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree with 2+ years procurement/contract experience.
• Experience with FAR/DFAR and government contracting is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage IOTs and POs for materials, software, and services on government contracts.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR, AMS, and customer requirements across lifecycle.
• Collaborate across IPTs including Quality, Finance, Contracts, Global Trade, Legal.
• Identify suppliers, research products, and issue RFQs/RFPs.
• Evaluate supplier performance on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Manage bid/proposal activities and NDAs for new business.
• Review supplier Statements of Work and perform price/risks analysis.
• Support invoices and PO inquiries; ensure accurate workflows.

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• Execute and manage moderately complex IOTs and POs for materials, software, and services in support of domestic commercial, DoD, FAA, and FMS contracts
• Ensure strict compliance with Government (FAR, DFAR, AMS), Customer and company requirements from R&D through low-rate initial production, production/deployment, sustainment, and program closeout
• Collaborate cross-functionally across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including Quality, Finance, Contracts, Global Trade and Legal
• Identify potential suppliers, research products, and execute RFQs/RFPs (Requests for Quotes/Proposals)
• Evaluate supplier performance, focusing on quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Execute bid/proposal activities, PIAs/NDAs for new business and strategic pursuits
• Review and assist in the development of Supplier Statements of Work
• Perform source selection, in-depth price analyses, due diligence/comprehensive supplier assessments, proactively identify risks & opportunities including material shortages or supplier instability, and develop contingency plans
• Manage supplier performance (cost, schedule and quality) against key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Support PO related invoice approvals, inquiries, and issues
• Meticulously review, interpret, and implement company policies, procedures, process instructions, and operational workflows with a high level of accuracy.

• Prior Procurement experience (Min 2 years, No Exceptions)
