Qualifications

• Two years of experience in procurement or contract management.
• Preference for experience within a Florida state agency or grant-funded procurements.
• Experience coordinating with legal, procurement, budget, and finance offices.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, reviewing, and preparing procurement documents.
• Apply Florida procurement laws and policies to support program procurements.
• Coordinate with AHCA Procurement Office for clear communication and compliance.
• Track procurement timelines, deliverables, and workflows; escalate issues as needed.
• Review documents for clarity, accuracy, and completeness; flag risks.
• Assist with evaluation processes and documenting procurement decisions.
• Prepare and monitor contracts and amendments for accuracy and alignment with requirements.
• Support contract administration for program vendors; monitor deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation for all procurement and contract activities.
• Assist staff with routine questions on contract management practices and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with legal, procurement, budget, finance, and program teams to resolve issues.
