Job summary

Eugia US is seeking a Manager of Government Pricing and Rebates to lead pricing, rebates, and compliance across federal and state programs from East Windsor, NJ, with one remote day per week. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams to ensure accurate GP calculations, timely reporting, and Audit readiness.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, 340B, and FSS/VA/DOD contracting, plus experience with external pricing vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or equivalent.
• 5–7+ years of experience in generic pharmaceutical Government Pricing and methodologies (AMP, ASP, BP, 340B, Non-FAMP, FCP).
• Experience collaborating with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead GP activities across Medicaid, Medicare, and other programs.
• Serve as SME on GP methodologies including AMP, ASP, BP, 340B, FCP calculations.
• Oversee GP vendor partnerships for pricing calculations, validations, and submissions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, HRSA, and state requirements.
• Support MDRP rebates processing, payment, and reporting.
