Job summary

Eugia is seeking a Manager, Government Pricing and Rebates, to lead pricing and compliance across federal and state programs from East Windsor, NJ, with one day remote. You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Commercial to drive accurate pricing and regulatory adherence in a highly regulated environment.

The role requires expertise in GP methodologies (AMP, ASP, BP, 340B, Non‑FAMP, FCP), managing MDRP activities, and coordinating with external vendors to ensure timely submissions and audit

Qualifications

• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Commercial teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of FSS/VA/DoD contracting requirements and federal pricing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GP activities across Medicaid, Medicare, and other programs.
• Be SME on GP methodologies: AMP, ASP, BP, 340B, Non‑FAMP, FCP.
• Coordinate with GP vendor for pricing calculations, validation, and submissions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, HRSA, and state programs.
• Manage MDRP rebates, payments, and dispute resolution with agencies.
• Support audits and provide documentation for GP calculations and submissions.
