Job summary

Alvogen in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Manager, Government Pricing to lead pricing for government programs. The role entails calculating government rebates and maintaining pricing methodologies to reflect evolving federal statutes and regulations.

The position reports to the Associate Director, Managed Care and Government Compliance and is onsite at the Morristown office. A minimum of 5 years in government rebate/pricing is expected, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of government rebate and pricing experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage high volume of work under deadlines.
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage time.
• Interest in government programs with compliance focus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual government pricing and rebates calculations (AMP, Best Price, ASP, NFAMP, etc.).
• Maintain pricing methodologies and standard operating procedures to reflect current statutes.
• Conduct trend analytics and benchmark comparisons to support calculations.
• Prepare analytics for senior management on price changes and negotiations.
• Reconcile SAP and iContracts data.
• Track state transparency reporting and submissions.
• Collaborate with external system vendor teams on configuration changes and improvements.
• Contribute to special projects in compliance and process efficiency.
