Maximus in Topeka, KS is seeking an Enrollment/Eligibility Manager to lead enrollment operations for a potential government healthcare program. You will plan, implement, and manage day-to-day activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant service delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, and stakeholder engagement, with KPIs monitored and continuous improvement driven in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related experience.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Topeka, KS.
• Position contingent upon contract award.

Responsabilidades

• Stay updated on Enrollment and Eligibility performance standards and project policies.
• Assist and inform staff about these policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance when handling escalated complaints and appeals.
• Identify and resolve employee issues and concerns.
• Address quality concerns with the Supervisory team regarding reviews and corrections.
• Analyze weekly statistics and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor performance objectives for Enrollment and Eligibility Staff.
• Coach teams, set expectations, and support career development.
• Assess performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Evaluate training needs to keep staff current with programs.
• Keep leadership informed on quality, training, policies, and departmental performance.
