Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead contracting activities for government and commercial customers with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and standardization across the lifecycle. The role partners with Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations to enable scalable contracting practices.

You will oversee end-to-end contracting from RFP through award, administration, and closeout, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in government procurement is a plus.
• Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM) preferred.
• Experience 5–7 years as a Contracts Manager or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contracting from RFP to wind-down in regulatory compliance.
• Analyze terms and conditions; communicate requirements and status.
• Ensure agreements comply with laws, policies and guidelines.
• Negotiate terms with customers; serve as Contracting Officer when needed.
• Identify risks and propose solutions; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Leverage CLM platforms and dashboards to drive efficiency.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
