Job summary

Qualifications

7–10 years of work experience or equivalent.

Adept at execution and delivery including planning and implementation.
Adept at business intelligence and data analysis.
SharePoint admin experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Directs day-to-day complex business consulting operations to support organizational goals.
Administers processes for research, data collection, and business reports.
Handles files, reports and financial records and maintains department retention.
Leads teams to deliver high-quality customer service and resolve inquiries.
Collaborates with clients and senior management on objectives and strategy.
Advises contacts to ensure concise communication with stakeholders.
Develops reports on business trends and best practices for leadership.
Authorizes processes for performance appraisals within the department.
Evaluates performance with timely feedback to drive engagement and development.
