Job summary

BVA Bear’s IT Solutions is seeking an Executive Sponsor / Steering Committee member located in Pennsylvania to provide executive governance for the OCL Administrative Office Operational Plan and annual priorities. The role supports on-site work as needed and may involve cross-bureau coordination. Remote work may be authorized depending on client requirements. Core hours are 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

ET with a broader window from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership authority within OCL or designated governance.
• Knowledge of OCL responsibilities, organizational structure, programs, and stakeholders.
• Ability to sponsor cross-bureau decisions and resource commitments.
• Commitment to evidence-based performance review and transparent accountability.

Responsibilities

• Approve implementation governance, plan ownership, annual priorities, and performance expectations.
• Review enterprise and plan-level progress at least quarterly.
• Resolve cross-bureau conflicts, dependencies, resource constraints, and escalated risks.
• Authorize material changes to priorities, timing, ownership, or measures.
• Confirm readiness for annual reviews, the five-year evaluation, and next-cycle planning.
• Promote accountability and alignment with statutory, organizational, and program responsibilities.
