Responsibilities include executive leadership, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking, roadmapping, and ensuring program standards.

Qualifications

• Senior executive or senior management consulting experience.
• Proven background in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience presenting to and advising executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and oversight.
• Engage stakeholders and facilitate executive-level discussions.
• Lead benchmarking integration and synthesis activities.
• Facilitate future state model development and roadmap sessions.
• Review deliverables and communicate with executives.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and program standards.
