Job summary

Culmen International, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, seeks a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance organization and be the executive financial partner to the CEO and ELT.

The CFO will own all accounting, financial reporting, government contract accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations across a 150+ contract portfolio. This role requires deep technical accounting depth and strong leadership across domestic and international programs.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior financial leader in government contracting.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/CAS, DCAA requirements.
• Proven ability to lead accounting teams and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for the company.
• Oversee government contract accounting and compliance.
