Job summary

Culbertson Resources Inc in Houston, TX on-site seeks an experienced financial leader to drive planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting and strategic decision-making alongside the executive team.

You will manage cash flow, treasury, investor relations, and funding; develop long-range financial plans, oversee GAAP compliance, and mentor a 9-person finance staff. A senior, strategy-focused role with heavy collaboration.

Qualifications

• MBA in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA certification is a major plus.
• 15+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• Proven track record in finance operations management.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, treasury management and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical and leadership abilities.
• Experience in process improvement and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and strategy development.
• Create annual operating and capital budgets.
• Oversee cash flow and treasury management.
• Produce and interpret key financial statements.
• Mentor and lead Finance team.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Advise CEO on mergers, acquisitions and expansion.
• Partner with executive team on growth strategies.
