Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years’ experience working with US Government DOD/ prime or subcontractor.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
• Experience in supplier negotiations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Researches and contacts suppliers qualified to bid on requirements.
• Creates and forwards RFQs and reviews supplier RFQ responses for price reasonableness.
• Distributes and collects RFQs from vendors to support proposals.
• Creates purchase orders and tracks supplier performance, including on-time delivery.
• Coordinates changes in PO requirements and resolves discrepancies with PO terms.
