L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Procurement to manage the full PO lifecycle, source and evaluate suppliers, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering results. The team supports U.S.

Federal Government, Defense and Commercial sectors. Ability to obtain U.S. Government clearance is required; prior experience with FAB/Complex Electronics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Manages FAB and Complex Electronics commodity.
• Generates RFQ’s with grading criteria.
• Negotiates best value, lead times, pay terms, and milestones.
• Ensures all applicable program, company, compliance, engineering and quality specs are conveyed to suppliers.
• Ability to obtain US Government Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full PO lifecycle and source suppliers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and CPSR requirements.
• Develop action plans to improve supplier performance.
• Mentor peers and train others in procurement processes.
