Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to sensitive requirements.
• HS Diploma with 10 years experience (8 in DoD) or AA with 4 years or BA with 2 years in procurement.
• Active Secret clearance.
• General understanding of current DoD and USAF-specific acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a procurement technician.

Responsibilities

• Preparing contracts and modifications.
• Distributing contract documentation.
• Providing database support and computer applications.
• Supporting contract closeout.
• Collecting data for audit and/or report requests.
• Coordinating with other Government agencies.
• Coordinating with DFAS.
• Creating, retrieving and requesting contracting reports.
• Producing copies of acquisition documentation.
• Preparing source selection material.
• Tracking contract milestones.
