• Experience leading multiple projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of industry best-known-methods and Lean Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate services and projects.
• Provide technical mentoring to department personnel.
• Lead GMP Regulated service initiatives with other functional leaders.
• Develop budgets and manage cost centers; ensure compliance.
• Perform performance appraisals and manage staff reviews.
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures per policies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for service projects.
• Identify and implement business solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop processes and tools to meet deliverables at minimum cost.
• Travel up to 50% to facilities for meetings and transfers.
