Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Critical Environments Director in North Carolina. The role focuses on GMP regulated services growth, process excellence and Lean Six Sigma application to improve operations and drive value across multiple projects.

The position requires coordinating diverse teams, maintaining regulatory compliance, and delivering data-driven budgets while traveling as needed to client sites and facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Experience in GMP regulated services or environments.
• Lean Six Sigma project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate services and projects.
• Provide technical mentoring to department personnel.
• Lead GMP Regulated service initiatives with other leaders.
• Provide data to develop budgets and manage cost centers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across activities.
• Create and maintain documentation, policies and procedures.
• Travel up to 50% to support operations and sites.
