Job summary

The role ensures uninterrupted material availability, regulatory compliance, and optimized inventory using ERP systems and advanced planning tools.

The position is onsite four days per week and reports to the Vice President, Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain, with a focus on S&OP, data-driven decisions, and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing.
• Experience in cGMP environments and ERP/forecasting proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global product planning, procurement, and logistics.
• Drive S&OP, synchronize demand forecasting with production capacity.
• Manage ERP systems (NetSuite) and ensure data integrity for inventory and traceability.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and IT to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor KPIs (e.g., OTIF) and drive continuous improvement.
