Job summary

IDEAYA Biosciences seeks an Associate Director of Clinical Supply Chain to lead CTM execution across IDEAYA programs. Based in South San Francisco, this role collaborates with CMC, QA, Clin Dev/Clin Ops, Regulatory, and Program Management, reporting to the Director of Clinical Supply Chain.

The role involves external partner management, supply planning, budgeting, labeling and packaging oversight, IRT systems, and compliant distribution. On-site four days per week with minimal travel.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering or life sciences required.
• 10+ years in biotech/pharma with 7+ years in Supply Chain.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory mgmt, and IRT systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage external partners (depots, CMOs, CROs) to ensure drug supply.
• Lead creation and enforcement of supply chain policies and improvements.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and vendor invoice inquiries with Finance.
• Oversee labeling, packaging, IRT specs, and distribution to sites.
• Ensure GMP/GDP/GCP compliance across CTM activities.
