IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. in South San Francisco seeks an Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end global product planning, procurement, and logistics. The position is onsite four days per week and reports to the Vice President, Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain, with a focus on S&OP, data-driven decisions, and KPI governance.

IDEAYA is seeking an Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations to lead end-to-end global product planning, procurement, and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted material availability, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, and optimizing inventory. Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) skills are required to integrate data, automate purchasing, and track lot/batch traceability across global networks. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end planning excellence—from clinical to commercial supply—through the use of advanced planning systems, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. This position is based in our South San Francisco headquarter offices and required to be onsite four days per week per our company policy. Reporting to: Vice President, Clinical and Commercial Supply Chain.
The expected salary range for the role of Associate Director, Supply Chain Operations is $167,000 - $206,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the office location where this open position is located, the final candidates’ experience within their profession, experience in the disease areas we are striving to make an impact in as a company, length of time within the industry, educational background, and performance during the interview process.
