IDEAYA Biosciences in South San Francisco, CA, seeks a Director, Commercial Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply planning for its first commercial product, Darovasertib. You will ensure availability, compliant distribution, and robust performance management across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will own demand/supply planning, S&OP cadence, and inventory management, while aligning with Finance, Quality, Regulatory, and CMC.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 10–12+ years biotech/pharma supply chain experience including 3+ years in commercial/late-stage launch readiness.
• California Board of Pharmacy designation or willingness to serve as DR for manufacturer/distributor licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Own commercial supply strategy and launch readiness plans for launch and lifecycle supply.
• Develop integrated demand/supply plans, production schedules, capacity models, inventory strategy.
• Lead/drive S&OP cadence with monthly reviews and executive reporting.
• Oversee inventory management (GxP and SOX) across the commercial supply chain.
• System owner for NetSuite Inventory Module; manage external network execution.
• Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations, rebates, etc.
• Oversee packaging readiness: labeling, serialization, artwork lifecycle, shipping, cold-chain.
• Vendor governance for packaging, labeling, logistics, storage.
• Build KPIs and dashboards; drive continuous improvements to planning tools/processes.
• Coordinate with Quality/Regulatory/CMC for release and distribution readiness.
• Support budgeting/forecasting with scenario-based modeling.
