Qualifications

• 10–12+ years in biotech/pharma supply chain with 3+ years commercial/launch readiness experience.
• Experience serving as a California Board of Pharmacy-designated representative (DR) or willingness to serve.
• Proven experience managing external manufacturing and supply partners.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GDP and regulatory timing impacts on supply and global distribution.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial supply strategy and launch readiness plans.
• Develop and maintain integrated demand/supply plans and inventory strategy.
• Lead/drive S&OP cadence and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure GxP-compliant release and distribution readiness across the supply chain.
