Job summary

uniQure is seeking an experienced, hands-on Director, Commercial Supply Chain to build and run the commercial supply chain for our AAV gene therapy portfolio. You will stand up the organization, processes, and partnerships needed to deliver high-value therapies globally, from launch readiness to multi-market operations.

The role requires leading a team, designing the operating model, and solving day-to-day supply challenges in a predominantly outsourced network with CDMOs and 3PLs.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional with broad supply chain leadership experience in biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience leading product launches and scaling commercial supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of GDP/DSCSA/serialization and cold-chain logistics.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the commercial supply chain operating model for a high-value portfolio.
• Drive Phase 3 readiness and global launch supply plans.
• Manage demand/supply planning, inventory, and CDMO/3PL partnerships.
• Ensure compliant, temperature-controlled distribution and OTIF performance.
