Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented procurements-focused professional to join our supply chain team in Fremont, CA. The role emphasizes understanding build requirements, rolling up feedback, and coordinating with global suppliers to secure on-time materials and services.

You will manage MRP analyses, issue POs, monitor delivery performance, and collaborate across North America and Asia to minimize disruptions while maintaining cost controls and strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years in IT, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Analytical, organized, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct material procurement analyses with planners for demand and supply planning.
• Perform MRP analyses to meet SLA for internal and external customers.
• Review material requests and provide visibility into inventory risks.
• Issue purchase orders to support production needs.
• Build supplier relationships to ensure stable supply and pricing.
• Monitor supplier delivery, quality, and inventory to minimize disruptions.
• Provide PO ETA updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and warehouses.
• Oversee North America and Asia suppliers and manage data-entry BPO teams.
• Lead cost change activities to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Manage inventory lifecycle (active, aging, excess, EOL).
• Take on other duties as assigned.
