NEU Group in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist (Buyer) to support global sourcing, purchasing operations, and supplier performance as the company scales its advanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, analyze spending, manage purchase orders, monitor delivery, and lead continuous improvements while traveling 25–30% to project sites in West Texas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience with PO management and order fulfillment within a fast-paced, technical environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create, place, and manage global purchase orders with on-time delivery.
• Monitor orders, identify risks, coordinate resolutions with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain reporting on open POs, delivery status, and supplier performance.
