Job summary

Wenger Corporation in San Antonio, TX seeks a Global Commodity Lead to manage global sourcing and procurement across multiple product lines. You will build supply chains, negotiate contracts, and lead supplier relationships to enable growth.

Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing procurement, a bachelor’s degree in related fields, and proficiency with Epicor and Lean methods are preferred. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business or equivalent.
• 5+ years procurement/sourcing in manufacturing with global exposure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, procurement, and global supply chain activities.
• Build supply chains to support growth across product lines.
• Develop commodity strategies to drive cost savings and capacity.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor market trends and risks.
• Lead supplier relationships and RFX activities.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
