Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a dynamic Business Manager for the Global Risk Group in New York. The role supports the Co-CROs in guiding the department, driving efficiency, and ensuring governance and risk reporting obligations are met.

The ideal candidate is an analytical self-starter with strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of leading multi-location projects and improving processes across the team’s operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• 5+ years of related experience in business management, project/program management, risk or operations.
• Experience with risk governance frameworks and regulatory reporting cycles is a plus.
• Strong project management discipline with ability to scope, sequence, and track initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects directed by Co-CROs, including system implementations, audits, regulatory requests, and change initiatives.
• Own governance calendar; coordinate risk committee packs and reporting deadlines.
• Support delivery of committee materials and track action items and metrics to closure.
• Assist in budget process management and vendor/data contract administration.
• Prepare Risk Group collateral (RFPs, decks, audit report descriptions) and liaise with partners.
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and team communications; plan team events.
