Green Key Resources is recruiting a Manager to support the global operational risk program within a leading asset management firm. The role focuses on identifying and managing risk events, strengthening governance, and aligning controls across business units in a hybrid work environment.

You will collaborate with risk, control, and business teams, engage with fund boards and senior management on risk matters, and respond to regulatory requests while upholding industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least five years in operational risk.
• Experience in asset management or banking preferred.
• Proficient with operational risk frameworks and tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the operational risk framework across products and strategies.
• Investigate events with root cause analysis and assess controls.
• Conduct deep-dive reviews of significant events and implement improvements.
• Track external loss events and assess applicability to the firm.
• Support risk and control self-assessments across units.
• Administer risk tools and support system changes.
• Train staff on operational risk database usage and processes.
• Prepare risk reports for committees and governance forums.
• Engage clients and stakeholders to address errors and breaches.
