Job summary

Brooks Automation is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Global Operations to lead strategic initiatives aligning manufacturing, supply chain and operations across sites. You will drive governance, risk management and execution of multi‑year programs with executive visibility.

The role offers a mix of in‑office and remote work, with a base salary described below and annual discretionary bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 8+ years of program management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs in a global environment.
• Strong planning, risk, change and stakeholder management capabilities; executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and global operations initiatives from concept through implementation with milestones and success metrics.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Establish governance structures, schedules and risk mitigation across functions; report progress to executives.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to align priorities and resources.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and benefits; report KPIs and realized value.
