Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Senior Program Manager to integrate and lead Global Operations projects, translating strategic objectives into a program roadmap and governance framework. You will coordinate multiple projects, align milestones and resources, and communicate at the executive level to drive benefits realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in program/project management or operations leadership.
Experience in regulated industries (medical device/pharma/biotech) and governance of complex programs.

Responsibilities

Translate strategy into an integrated program roadmap and governance.
Lead multiple related projects and enable initiatives across a program.
Align scope, milestones, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Maintain visibility into program health and critical paths.
