Job summary

Expedia Group in Seattle is seeking a Director of Global Mobility & Immigration to design and lead scalable mobility programs across the enterprise. You will partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and TA to align mobility with hiring, retention, and growth goals, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will build a global team, oversee policy governance, visa sponsorship, relocation services, and vendor management, and leverage analytics and technology to drive measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading global mobility programs in multinational organizations.
• Proven ability to transform mobility into strategic enablers for hiring, retention, and planning.
• Strong understanding of immigration processes, compliance, payroll considerations, and regulations.
• Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
• Track record of driving operational excellence, program transformation, and service delivery improvements.
• Experience managing global vendor ecosystems and complex stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global mobility and immigration team.
• Develop and execute mobility strategy aligned with business priorities and workforce planning.
