Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive global mobility leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes and compliance.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders across HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll.
- Experience managing global vendor ecosystems and complex stakeholders.
- Experience transforming mobility functions into strategic enablers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a global mobility and immigration team with a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Develop and execute Expedia Group's mobility strategy aligned with business priorities.
- Advise HR and business leaders on mobility, hiring, and deployment.
- Partner with People, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition on mobility needs.
- Evaluate mobility implications of expansion, redesigns, and acquisitions.
- Design scalable mobility solutions that balance experience and compliance.
- Own mobility policy framework, governance, and service delivery.
