Revolution Medicines is seeking a Director Medical Content and Training to shape the Medical Affairs training and content roadmap in alignment with therapeutic area strategies and launch priorities. This role will prepare the team for oncology product launches, ensuring they are equipped to communicate scientific data effectively.

The role ensures MSLs, Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Strategy Leads, and related functions have deep disease-state knowledge and engagement

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications.
• Expert in scientific content development for Medical Affairs.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, compliant medical content.
• Experience designing training curricula and onboarding programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Field Medical, Medical Information, Medical Communications, and Commercial teams.
• Oncology experience preferred, especially in precision medicine or RAS-driven cancers.
• Knowledge of industry guidelines (PhRMA, OIG, ACCME, FDA).
• Thrives in fast-paced biotech; can manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development of global congress booth materials including clinical trial cards, disease state infographics, MOA videos and related resources.
• Lead development and execution of select global Medical Affairs content and training plans.
• Provide strategic and scientific oversight of Medical Affairs tactical training roadmap within LMS.
• Collaborate with Regional Medical teams to regionalize global scientific materials for external engagements.
• Provide input on decisions and implementation strategy and manage actions impacting the team’s budget.
• Support implementation of scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing trainings.
