Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Medical Content and Training to shape the Medical Affairs training and content roadmap in alignment with launch priorities. The role ensures MSLs, Medical Information, and related functions have the scientific depth to engage the medical community effectively.

The position supports the development and execution of global materials, training plans, and regulatory-aligned content, with a base in Redwood City, CA or remote with regular CA travel.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required (PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Scientific Training, or Medical Communications.
• Expertise in scientific content development for Medical Affairs teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into compliant, engaging content.
• Experience creating training curricula, onboarding and ongoing learning.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Field Medical, Medical Information and Commercial teams.
• Oncology/precision medicine experience preferred; knowledge of regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development of training curricula and scientific materials.
• Lead global Medical Affairs content and training plans.
• Manage LMS roadmap to ensure scientific fluency across the org.
• Coordinate with Regional Medical teams to regionalize materials.
• Guide decisions impacting team budget and resources.
• Implement scientific training programs for new hires and ongoing learning.
• Create external-engagement materials like MSL decks and infographics.
• Collaborate with Medical Strategy, Regulatory, Legal and Compliance teams.
• Develop pre-launch training plans aligned to product lifecycle milestones.
• Organize scientific deep-dives, medical education forums and workshops.
