Job summary

Medasource is seeking an Associate Director, Integrated Medical Education and Content Strategy to lead content strategies across therapeutic areas and translate commercial objectives into scalable, compliant content solutions.

This role partners with Medical Affairs, Therapeutic Area Leadership, Commercial, Omnichannel, and external partners to modernize content strategy, accelerate delivery, and build engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a life sciences field (PharmD/PhD/MD/MPH/MS or equivalent).
• 8+ years in Medical Affairs, Commercial, Medical Education, or related pharmaceutical/healthcare areas.
• Evidence translating commercial strategy into compliant, audience-centric content strategies.
• Experience leading promotional pharma content through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated content strategy across educational and promotional initiatives.
• Translate objectives and data into scalable, compliant content solutions.
• Act as strategic advisor to Commercial, Medical Affairs, and other functions.
• Use insights and content performance data to optimize strategy and engagement.
• Advance modular, AI-enabled content approaches for faster, scalable delivery.
• Identify trends to inform content strategy and capability development.
• Support development of content strategists and future leaders.
• Manage engagement with internal/external agencies and partners to ensure compliant delivery.
