Job summary

Amex GBT in the United States is seeking a Manager of Global Supplier Partnerships to drive revenue by negotiating hotel supplier agreements and leading end-to-end supplier management, including contract negotiation, program development, and partnerships.

You will collaborate across regions and departments, analyze portfolio metrics, forecast revenue, and build strategic relationships with hotels and travel suppliers while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

Fluent English required, written and spoken.
Commercial, data-driven mindset with strong analytical and strategic skills.
Proven negotiator with track record closing strong hotel agreements.
Ability to work autonomously and remotely, with travel flexibility.
Deep knowledge of hotels, hotel agreements, and travel supplier landscape.
Experience with revenue management tools and market data.

Responsibilities

Negotiate strategic hotel supplier contracts delivering value across stakeholders.
Accelerate revenue growth with existing and prospective suppliers.
Execute value delivery and ensure business development commitments are realized.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers through innovative engagement channels.
Monitor portfolio metrics and develop revenue forecasts with Global Revenue Management.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Traveler Care, Client Management, Sales, and GBP teams.
