Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Global Strategic Partnerships to lead end-to-end supplier management of hotel agreements. You will negotiate profitable contracts, identify revenue opportunities, and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver value to travelers and suppliers.

The role requires deep hotel market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, global environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, written and verbal.
• Proven negotiator with track record of closing strong agreements.
• Commercial, data-driven mindset with analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of hotels, hotel agreements, and travel supplier landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic hotel supplier agreements delivering value for travelers and Amex GBT.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue opportunities with suppliers.
• Execute supplier value propositions and commitments.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with suppliers beyond traditional sales models.
• Monitor portfolio performance and develop revenue forecasts with Global Revenue Management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across teams to align strategies and outcomes.
