Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Global Health Initiatives-Health System Strengthening to lead global health programs and drive health system strengthening across settings. This remote role partners with governments, NGOs, and multilateral organizations to improve access to sustainable NCD care and strengthen frontline health workers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public health, global health, health policy, health economics, epidemiology, or a related field required.
• 8+ years of global health, health systems, or social impact experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently.
• Experience with NGOs or multilateral organizations in resource-limited settings.

Responsibilities

• Support global programs to train frontline health workers for non-communicable disease management.
• Coordinate policy engagement with governments for sustainable NCD care.
• Ensure inclusion of digital health tools and data systems in projects.
• Track health-system measures and continuity of care across pathways.
• Evaluate project impact with a robust measurement framework.
• Manage contracts for health system strengthening projects.
• Engage legal and compliance teams early in project planning.
