Job summary

CG Oncology, Inc. is seeking a Health Systems Director to develop and execute strategic plans for Health Systems, Private Equity/Top LUGPAs, IDNs and academic groups, shaping national and regional market opportunities for new launches.

The role requires extensive C-Suite engagement, thought leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across field teams. Remote work is available with travel to major hubs as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial biopharma or medical device experience.
• Proven success with IDNs, large oncology/urology practices, payers, and national/regional hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans for Health Systems, Private Equity/Top LUGPAs/IDNs/Academic markets.
• Engage with C-Suite and key stakeholders to drive demand and pull-through.
• Lead national/regional account engagement and market access strategies across geographies.
