Qualifications

• 10+ years in pharma/biotech strategy and portfolio roles.
• Experience with dermatology therapies and oncology products in large and biotech environments.
• Advanced degree in life sciences or business (MBA/PhD) preferred.
• Understanding of US government healthcare and reimbursement.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s portfolio strategy for in-line and pipeline assets.
• Lead portfolio prioritization processes, including evaluation of pipeline assets, business development opportunities, and lifecycle management.
• Provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership on portfolio investments, divestitures, and risk mitigation.
• Support list pricing strategy for in-line and pipeline brands, management of ASP and reimbursement forecasting, and assessments of legislative changes/impacts across portfolio.
• Collaborate with US Market Access, Global Value Access and Pricing Teams to share insights on US trends.
