Job summary

Sunlight Group in Athens HQ is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive sales strategy, manage assigned accounts, and expand business with existing customers. You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver value and build long-term relationships while traveling to meet clients and explore opportunities.

The role requires 3–5 years in industrial sales, CRM experience, and fluency in Greek and English, with German a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business and economics or related field.

Responsibilities

Develops sales strategy that covers sales, revenue and expense controls for the assigned accounts.
Oversees account performance according to KPIs
Creates, monitors and implements a sales plan ensuring accomplishment of sales goals
Prioritizes business development by seeking out new accounts and opportunities
Measures, tracks and analyzes key account metrics and creates reports for internal use
Participates in the development and monitoring of budget
Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PM) to provide the best service
Expands relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions meeting objectives
Builds trustworthy relationships with customers and acts as an ambassador
Keeps abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
