Job summary
Xylem seeks an experienced Demand Planning professional to consolidate a rolling 18-month plan for Analytics in Americas and Europe and to lead the DRM/Pre-DRM processes. You will partner with commercial and finance teams to align demand with financial planning and drive continuous process improvements.
The role requires strong leadership, high proficiency in Excel and ERP planning systems, and excellent communication across levels from manufacturing to executives.
Qualifications
- Has bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of supply chain experience for a global company.
- Certification: Oliver Wight or APICS (or comparable).
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic development.
- Excellent English skills; other languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate an 18-month rolling demand and margin/mix plan for Analytics in Americas and Europe.
- Represent the Demand Planning function in the M&CS SIOP process.
- Lead monthly Pre-DRM and DRM.
- Coordinate the demand planning process and provide integrated understanding.
- Partner with commercial and finance teams to align SIOP with financial planning.
- Maintain assumptions list from multiple stakeholders.
- Facilitate issue resolution and gap closing.
