Qualifications

• Experience administering third‑party due diligence platforms and knowledge of compliance topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for Global Compliance inquiries and document management.
• Administer third‑party due diligence reviews and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate ethics hotline administration and case documentation.
• Manage global corporate records, filings, and director/officer updates.
• Support SharePoint administration and policy publication.
• Lead cross‑functional governance projects and compliance trainings.
