Job summary

DDN is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to lead global entity governance and compliance across its multinational structure. You will partner with Finance, Tax, and business stakeholders worldwide, ensuring accurate records, governance documents, and timely approvals in alignment with regulatory requirements.

You will support FCPA/OFAC programs, third-party due diligence, and KYC/UBO processes, coordinating across regions on complex corporate projects and potential M&A diligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) preferred.
• 6+ years of corporate paralegal experience, in-house at a multinational tech company or with global corporate clients.
• Experience managing entity governance and compliance across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Working knowledge of FCPA and OFAC sanctions regimes and related compliance frameworks.
• Experience supporting KYC/UBO processes and related due diligence requests.

Responsibilities

• Global Entity Management: oversee lifecycle of subsidiaries, filings, qualifications, and signatory changes.
• Corporate Records and Governance: maintain records, minute books, consents, certificates, and governance documents.
• Regulatory and Anti-Corruption Compliance: support programs for FCPA/OFAC, third-party due diligence, certifications, and recordkeeping.
• KYC and Due Diligence Support: respond to KYC/UBO requests and compile ownership and governance docs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, Tax, People Ops and regional teams on governance projects and diligence.
